Writing English Is Not an Easy Job

Writing English is not an easy job. English is not our native language. It is a foreign language. Grammars of English are so far very different from grammars of Indonesia. Sometimes not only in speaking but also in writing. We always confuse use to the correct grammars of English. The style of Indonesia grammars often influence us in speaking English and writing English well. Besides, the mastery of vocabularies is also required for those that who want to speak English well and good writing  English well. At least from speakers and writers English must know and master part of derivational words in English. Such as: changes o verbs to nouns or the other way, that is nouns to verbs, verbs to adjective or the other way, that is adjective to verbs, adjective to adverbs or the other way, that is adverbs to adjective. In short, if you want be a good speaker or writer, so you must:
a.      Master of derivational words in English (verbs, adverbs, adjectives, and nouns)
b.     Can use each part of speech mentioned appropriate using in sentence.

There Are Several Theories of Translation

Translation is an activity involving language, there is a sense in which any and all theories of translations are linguistics. There are, however, three quite different ways in which in the principles and procedures of translation have been formulated and defended. These diverse approaches to the problems of translating are essentially matters of different perspectives of foci. If the focus of attention is on particular texts (and especially if these are of a so called literary quality), the underlying theory of translation is generally best regarded as philological. If, however the focus of attention is one the correspondences in language form and content, that is on the structural differences between the source and the receptor languages, the corresponding theory may be regarded as linguistic. Finally, if the focus on translation as a part of an actual communication process, the most appropriate designation for the related theories is socio linguistic. In actual practice, of course, there is considerable degree of overlap both in the formulation of principles and in the corresponding recommendations of procedure.
