Memo is a message
that is written shortly, clearly, and easy to be understood. Memo can be said
formal when it is used as a formal statement letter, such as a message from a
leader to employee. But it can be said informal when it is used as an informal
statement letter, such as a message that is sent among friends, relatives, or
other persons.
There are two kinds of Memo

HOW TO WRITE A
MEMO
Memo has three
parts : Address, body, and signture.
1. Address
This part has two columns : TO, and
FROM. Write the name of the addressee on the column of TO, and write your name
on the column of FROM.
2. Body
This part is the content of the
message. Write your message. Don’t forget to say ‘thank you’ at the end of your
message.
3. Signature
This part consists at least of three parts :
date, your signature, and your name.
